Musicians Inventory is an Authorize.net Merchant. Authorize.net is considered a leading and respected provider of Internet Merchant Services. Providing enhanced security and programing functions, the relationship allows for Musicians Inventory PCI Compliance. All personal financial information is maintained off site, on Authorize.net's servers.

We also recommend several actions that you should practice when protecting your information.

• You must specify a user name, security phrase, security image and password during registration. Musicians Inventory will never ask you to provide them to us or anyone else, via e-mail.
• We will always include your user name in any correspondence to you at your registered e-mail address of record. We will not send you e-mail for any purpose other than changes in our User Agreement, announcements relevant to your membership and additional notification preferences established by you during the registration process, such as bidding notifications and end of auction notices.
• Never share your security phrase, security image or password with others. Select each using a strong combination of alpha/numeric characters. During registration, do not use a "standard" password that you utilize elsewhere. We strongly recommend that you change at your security phrase and password on a regular basis.
• If you suspect that a piece of correspondence might not be from us, do nothing with it. Do not click on any links, do not respond to any requests contained in it. Contact Musicians Inventory immediately and provide a copy of the e-mail so we may review it and respond accordingly.

If you suspect your account has been tampered with in anyway, contact us immediately.
