Feedback is a gauge that buyers and sellers can use to help determine the transaction worthiness of an auction participant. To check someone's feedback, click on the "View Feedback on Seller " at the top of the product detail page. Feedback is a reflection of the Retail Dealers performance.

Musicians Inventory will allow Retail Dealers from other auction sites to transfer sellers ratings to Musicians Inventory. A verification process will be followed for each seller wishing to transfer ratings. Upon verification approval, the ratings will be applied on Musicians Inventory.

Once feedback is left for a Retail Dealer, it can not be removed by you or the Retail Dealer. Musicians Inventory will not remove feedback for users unless we determine that the feedback was a direct attempt by another to damage someone's reputation without reason or valid cause. In that event, the member leaving the baseless feedback will be removed as a Musicians Inventory member and all privileges of site use will be revoked.

Retail Dealers also leave feedback on the performance of buyers.

Leaving feedback is an activity that helps others in selling an item or purchasing an item. Care should be given when leaving any type of feedback as you are responsible for what you write about others. If you leave a poor feedback rating that may damage someone's reputation without cause, that person may hold you legally responsible for your comments.
